1. Your car has less body rot than mine. That being said you need to check the body supports in the front especially. Also the door posts rot out in the front and then the windshield will crack. Also check the inner sills, the inside of the doors, the floor and the body side of the spare tire well.
   After I painted the car, redid the window posts and trim, I found out that the door hinges needed to be replaced.
